I work from my family home, and as a client of mine, you become part of the family! Like any busy household, we have mealtimes and the occasional mini-disaster, but we do our utmost to keep it strictly professional!

Due to a high number of new client no-shows since enabling online booking, I now require a 50% non-refundable* deposit from all new clients and those who miss appointments. In order to administrate this, you will be required to book over the phone in the first instance. We realise all those lovely genuine clients wont mind one bit. *Deposits can be used for a future appointment if the appointment is cancelled within our cancellation terms below. Thank you.
If you do need to cancel your appointment, please telephone me and kindly refrain from using email, text messaging or Facebook (I am alerted more easily with a phone call. Text messages can be unreliable, and Facebook notifications land via email. I understand sometimes things crop up, but PLEASE ensure you know I am aware if you can’t make it by calling me. There’s nothing more disappointing that getting the treatment ready for you and you not showing up!
There will be no charge for any cancellation or amendment made 24 hours prior to the appointment time. For bookings of 2 Hours or more and special seasonal times such as the week in the run up to Christmas, a 48 hour cancellation policy will be implemented.
If less than 24/48 hours notice is given or in the event of a no-show, I will charge the full cost of the treatment. In the event of non-payment, you will be asked to pay in advance for any future treatments booked. If you are late for your appointment, you will still be charged the full cost of booked services.
I respectfully ask that children and companions of any age are not brought to your appointment. Thank you. We are not insured and it’s simply not an appropriate environment. This is my home. Please refer to our Covid-19 statement.
Please be aware, you will be charged for what you have booked. Time is allocated to accommodate your requests. If you change your mind, you will still be charged unless 24/48 hours notice is given. I run strictly to time, so if you are late, your treatment will be shortened to ensure I am not late for my next client. You will still be charged for what you have booked.
A 50% booking deposit is requested of all new clients. All deposits are refunded in full in the event of a cancellation with over 24 hours notice/48 hours notice for 2 hour bookings or seasonal times. If less than 24/48 hours notice is given, I reserve the right to retain your deposit without refund unless the space can be filled and then only an admin fee of £10 will apply to cover loss on admin time and card processing fees.
I reserve the right to refuse treatment without prejudice if I deem you not to be suitable or if I don’t feel comfortable. Please be sure to follow all the pre-treatment guidance associated with your booked treatment.
If you are unwell, please telephone to rearrange your appointment as soon as possible. There is no sick pay for the self employed, and I would prefer you kept your illnesses to yourself, thank you! Similarly, if I am unwell, I will telephone you as soon as possible to re-arrange your appointment. In light of Covid-19, strict hygiene practices are enforced. We accept payment by cash, valid Gift Vouchers or credit/debit card. No credit facility can be provided.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months, after which time, the value of your voucher will be donated to a charity of my choice. Any Garden Room Voucher that has expired cannot be honoured.
