I sell at the suggested retail price. Always have. It used to be a RULE that as registered sellers, we were not allowed to discount.
From me, you get personalised recommendations, free samples and guidance, a beautiful brochure and price list – a service you’ll never receive with online retailers (most of which are not even authorised sellers). These of course, come as a cost to my business.
I am aware that my supplier is now supplying some authorised online retailers, which has someone put a giant fly in the ointment! It’s changed how I feel about the brand, but I am trying to work through it.
It’s only natural that you will seek out the best price, in a world where the cost of everything has gone up.
The bare truth of the matter is that I would rather take a hit on my profit than lose your business to a website that doesn’t know or care about the changes in your skin!
